* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Notes:
1. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 3-5 business days to process your order (except Pre-order). You will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking# once your order has been shipped.
2. If your order is not a pre-sale item, you will receive it within 7-15 working days after shipment.
Please note, the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
3. For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need to be sent in separate packages. This means you may not receive all your products in one package.
4. Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes. Depending on where you live, your country's customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), or taxes.

RETUTN POLICY
Return and Refunds
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US PRIOR.
1. The returned item is in its original packaging; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
2. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, Lucky Bags, items with non-returnable marks and free gifts may be subject to denial.
3. The returned items without communication will not be accepted.
4. To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
5. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. The items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags).
7. No exchange or return or amendments on final sale items and freebies cannot be returned.
8. Please ensure you don't accidentally include items not from Manzfit in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to follow the returns process for a refund and repurchase the new item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
